Ways to volunteer

Become a Circle Facilitator
Each and every Circle needs a facilitator, so our volunteer facilitators really do play a vital role in making Community Circles work.
As a facilitator, you’ll support a person and their Circle at their meetings. The facilitator’s role is to help organise the monthly meetings and to keep the meetings focused, moving from ideas to actions – and you’ll be given full training and support to do this. With this role, you’ll work personally with the people who need Circles and change lives in just a few hours per month.

Become a Friend of Community Circles
Friends of Community Circles help us spread the word about the power of Circles so we can reach more people and change more lives.

Become a volunteer Circle member
Most Circles bring together a person’s existing relationship network, but sometimes people do not have people in their life to form their Circle. As a volunteer Circle member, you will be contributing your ideas and energy in regular meetings, and you will play a direct part in changing the person’s life as they move towards what the change they want to make happen in their life.

Other roles
We occasionally have other roles available that can make a vital difference to what we do, from communications volunteers, to fundraising opportunities and admin assistants.
