I am part of a large busy family, keeping in contact with them is extremely important to me. Whether it is by phone, What’s App, family Zoom night or in person. I speak to my sister’s Rachael and Amy daily and my auntie Sheena every Sunday.

Keeping moving and exercising. I like to attend spin and yoga classes during the week. I also like to go swimming once a week in the evening when it is quite, this helps me relax. 

Seeing friends and family as often as I can. I live far away from my sister Rachael but I try and see her as often as I can, at least every four to five weeks.  

I enjoy new adventures and learning new skills, my latest hobby is embroidery. 

Washing is ‘Serious business’ in my family. If I am on top of my washing, I am on top of things and in control. 

Spending time with my partner Andy not doing DIY and life admin. We try and go for a walk every morning before work. 

My two cats Rupert and Gunther. They are adventurous and always up to mischief.  

I like to keep organised to do this I always have a Trello board on the go.
